1. Applicability
By placing an order through this webshop, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions. Any deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by the seller.
2. Products and availability
All jewelry is handcrafted and often made to order or personalized. Minor variations in color, shape, or finish are part of the artisanal process and do not constitute grounds for complaint or return.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
Payment must be made in advance using one of the available payment methods. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
4. Delivery
Orders are delivered within the timeframe indicated on the website. If a product cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, the customer will be notified.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. postal services) or for loss during transport.
5. Right of withdrawal
As our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, returns by post are not accepted.
Adjustments or return requests can only be discussed by appointment at our atelier.

6. Warranty
All purchases come with the legal two-year warranty for consumer goods. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
Wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by third parties are not covered.
7. Liability
The seller is not liable for:
– allergic reactions to materials;
– damage due to misuse, negligence, or external factors;
– indirect or consequential damage.
8. Complaints and disputes

We aim to respond promptly and fairly.
